This yoga joint is the coolest joint in our house. It’s the perfect place to have a yoga class while you’re eating lunch and everyone else is having lunch. I’ve been doing the yoga joint for years and I always love it. The idea of yoga is the same as walking. You are going to find yourself running and you will find yourself doing yoga. You will find yourself doing yoga and you won’t find yourself running.
