The game finishes with Rohan’s house burning while Josuke gets away, and the grudge between the two increases. One evening, the Stand Red Hot Chili Pepper appears from Josuke’s television set and looks for a fight. Although Crazy Diamond is seemingly stronger and faster, Red Hot Chili Pepper manages to overpower it briefly and flees. The next day, Josuke, Koichi and Okuyasu learn from Jotaro that Josuke’s father Joseph will come root out the Stand user, but Red Hot Chili Pepper eavesdrop on them and escapes. The head chef and waiter Tonio Trussardi greets them, promising a very special Italian course to cure Okuyasu’s sleep deprivation and other ailments.

Approaching Anjuro, Josuke and Jotaro learn about a mysterious Stand user who used an Arrow to awaken his Stand, then Josuke fuses Angelo’s body together with a rock, creating a local landmark. Some time later, he and Okuyasu discovered a teenager who appeared to be an alien. Multiple defeats irritated the mangaka greatly to the point that he forgot that his house had burned. Josuke was able to escape and later investigate a transmission tower which turned out to be an enemy stand which soon traps him. He and Okuyasu decide to attack it and the two learned that it could reflect damage. Luckily, the alien was able to help and with their combined effort, Josuke was able to defeat and escape the enemy stand user.

On the surface, Kira doesn’t seem like such a bad guy – he just wants to live a quiet and peaceful life away from Morioh’s hustle and bustle. Josuke has a tangential respect of the law at best, having inherited his father’s mischevious side, shown primarily in regards to winning money. After nearly emptying his bank account on frivolous spendings, Josuke has been trying to get extra money in quick fashion. Similarly, after meeting Mikitaka Hazekura, he takes advantage of his shape-shifting Stand power, convincing him to turn into dice in order to cheat money from Rohan, with whom he has a bad relationship. Lastly, characterized as a knowing gesture, he steals Joseph’s wallet with his Stand by restoring it to his possession with a piece of a picture planted there. However, in a fight, Josuke is much more calm, and has unshakable confidence in Crazy Diamond, but his confidence doesn’t extend to himself, as Josuke can still be nervous if things don’t go his way. Additionally, Terunosuke Miyamoto is able to reveal that in terms of body language, Josuke’s first unconscious reaction when unsure is to bite his lip.
