They don’t even deserve 1 star but thats the lowest they allow me to put. They guy I spoke to even hung up on me. 2 hour drive, get ready for exhaust install and whole pipe was missing. Nowhere on the listing did it say missing parts like other posting. Damage was only noticed by the install shop, after removing my factory exhaust.

Been disappointed by too many online retailers customer service. Ordered fender flares from American Truck because they said I would have the parts by a specific date and meet my deadline. Supposed to arrive Tuesday but FedEx is delivering the parts Friday.
Websites great, them choosing fedex is poor. I have a 22 Ram 1500 and when I was searching for my items, by and large most parts were shown on that vehicle. Unlike other sites where alpha prime supplement it could be on any vehicle, which does not show me what it will look like with my particular vehicle’s contours, etc. Bought this exhaust system for my husband for Father’s Day.
The more its discounted the more risk it is. Most of the time however they will tell you the issues in the description ie “missing hardware, scratch, dent, etc….” 80% of my truck accessories have come from autoanything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about covers when I was shopping but I ended up purchasing a DiamondBack cover so I have no personal buying experience. I believe the cover you purchased is a Truxedo cover, right? If so, they will replace the cover material for life with photos and a description of the issue. I’ve been running the Lo-Pro covers since 2006 and have replaced the vinyl multiple times due to wear marks or wrinkles that won’t come out after time.
